Why did my conversation disappear?

A conversation may disappear for several reasons.

This can happen if:

1. The other person removed the connection.
2. You removed the connection.
3. The other person deleted their account.
4. The account was restricted or removed.
5. There was a temporary technical issue.
6. The conversation expired, if your app uses conversation limits or timers.

If a conversation disappears, it may not always be possible to restore it.

Try closing and reopening the app, checking your internet connection, or updating the app to the latest version.

If you believe a conversation disappeared because of a technical issue, contact support and include as much detail as possible.
