Why are some profile changes not saving?

If your profile changes are not saving, it may be caused by a connection issue, outdated app version, missing required information, or temporary app problem.

Try the following:

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Close and reopen the app.
3. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
4. Check if all required fields are completed.
5. Try saving the change again.
6. Restart your device if the problem continues.

Some content may also fail to save if it does not follow our community guidelines. For example, photos, bios, or prompts with inappropriate, unsafe, or misleading content may be rejected or removed.
