Verifying your account

Verification helps keep the community safer and more trustworthy. Depending on the app, you may be asked to verify your email address, phone number, photos, or identity.

To verify your account:

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings or your Profile.
3. Look for Verification.
4. Follow the instructions on screen.
5. Submit the required information.

Verification may take a little time to process. If your verification fails, make sure the information you entered is correct and that any photos or documents are clear.

Never share verification codes with anyone. Our support team will never ask for your password or private login code.
