Suspicious emails or messages

Sometimes scammers may send fake emails, messages, or links that look like they are from the app. These messages may try to collect your login details, payment information, or verification codes.

Be careful with messages that:

• Ask for your password or login code
• Ask you to click a strange link
• Say your account will be deleted unless you act quickly
• Ask for payment outside the app
• Contain spelling mistakes or unusual sender addresses
• Offer rewards, prizes, or free premium access

Only trust messages sent through official app channels or from official support addresses.
