Resetting your password

If you forgot your password or cannot access your account, you may be able to reset it from the login screen.

To reset your password:

1. Open the app.
2. Tap Log In.
3. Tap Forgot Password?
4. Enter your email address or phone number.
5. Follow the instructions you receive.
6. Create a new password.

If you do not receive a reset email or message, check your spam folder, make sure the email or phone number is correct, and try again.

For security reasons, password reset links or codes may expire after a short time.
