Requesting your data

You can request a copy of the personal data connected to your account. This may include information such as your profile details, account settings, preferences, matches, and other data linked to your use of the app.

To request your data:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Privacy or Account.
  4. Select Request my data if available.
  5. Follow the instructions on screen.

If this option is not available in the app, contact support using the email address connected to your account.

For privacy and security reasons, we may need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing your request.
