Reporting suspicious account activity

If you notice activity you do not recognize, such as messages you did not send, profile changes you did not make, or login attempts you did not request, your account may be at risk.

If this happens:

  1. Change your password if available.
  2. Check your email and phone number settings.
  3. Log out of other sessions if the option is available.
  4. Contact support.
  5. Include details about what happened.

Do not share your verification codes with anyone. If someone asks for a code, password, or private account information, do not respond and report it.
