Reporting scams and fake profiles

If you think someone is using a fake profile or trying to scam you, please report them in the app. Reports help us investigate suspicious behavior and keep the community safer.

To report a scam or fake profile:

1. Open the person’s profile or chat.
2. Tap the more options icon.
3. Select Report.
4. Choose the reason that best matches the issue.
5. Add any details that may help us understand what happened.
6. Submit your report.

You can report things like fake photos, catfishing, suspicious links, money requests, crypto or investment scams, spam, or someone pretending to be another person.

If possible, report the account before unmatching, so our team can review the conversation or profile details.

Reporting is private. The person will not be told who reported them.
