Be careful with the personal information you share with people you meet online. Even if someone seems friendly, it is best to build trust slowly.

Avoid sharing:

• Your home address
• Your workplace or school address
• Financial information
• Passwords or login codes
• Copies of identity documents
• Private photos you do not want shared
• Your exact daily routine

Never share a verification code with anyone. Support will never ask for your password or private login code.

If someone asks for sensitive information, pressures you to share personal details, or sends suspicious links, stop responding and report them.
