Protecting your login codes

Login codes help keep your account secure. These codes are usually sent by SMS, email, or another login method to confirm that it is really you.

Never share your login code with anyone. Someone who has your login code may be able to access your account.

Be careful if someone:

1. Asks you to send them a verification code.
2. Says they accidentally sent a code to your number.
3. Claims they need the code to verify your profile.
4. Pretends to be support.
5. Pressures you to respond quickly.

Our support team will never ask for your login code or password.

If you shared a login code by mistake, contact support immediately and change your password if your account has one.
