I think someone accessed my account

If you notice activity you do not recognize, someone may have accessed your account.

Signs of suspicious account activity can include:

  • Messages you did not send
  • Profile changes you did not make
  • Photos being added or removed
  • Matches or chats disappearing unexpectedly
  • Login or verification codes you did not request
  • Account settings changing without your permission

If you think someone accessed your account:

  1. Change your password if available.
  2. Check that your email address and phone number are correct.
  3. Log out of other sessions if this option is available.
  4. Do not share any verification codes.
  5. Contact support as soon as possible.

When contacting support, include a short explanation of what happened and any screenshots that may help us review the issue.
