I think someone accessed my account
If you notice activity you do not recognize, someone may have accessed your account.
Signs of suspicious account activity can include:
- Messages you did not send
- Profile changes you did not make
- Photos being added or removed
- Matches or chats disappearing unexpectedly
- Login or verification codes you did not request
- Account settings changing without your permission
If you think someone accessed your account:
- Change your password if available.
- Check that your email address and phone number are correct.
- Log out of other sessions if this option is available.
- Do not share any verification codes.
- Contact support as soon as possible.
