I forgot how I signed up

If you are not sure how you created your account, try logging in with the methods you normally use, such as your phone number, email, Apple, or Google.

For privacy and security reasons, we may not always be able to tell you which login method was used without verifying that the account belongs to you.

Try the following:

1. Open the app.
2. Tap Log In.
3. Try your most likely login method.
4. Check if you receive a verification code or login confirmation.
5. If that does not work, try another login option.

If you still cannot access your account, contact support and include the email address or phone number you may have used.
