Deleting your data

If you want your personal data deleted, you can request data deletion through the app or by contacting support.

In many cases, deleting your account also starts the process of removing or anonymizing the personal data connected to your account. However, some information may need to be kept for a limited time for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal, or platform protection reasons.

To request data deletion:

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Privacy or Account.
4. Select Delete my data or Delete Account if available.
5. Follow the instructions on screen.

Once a deletion request has been completed, your data may not be recoverable.
