Deleting the app vs deleting your account

Deleting the app from your phone does not always delete your account. Your profile, matches, chats, and settings may still exist even if the app is removed from your device.

If you only delete the app, you can usually return by downloading the app again and logging in.

If you want to permanently remove your account, you need to delete your account from inside the app:

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Only delete your account if you are sure, because this action may be permanent.
